CASA FAUSTINA

This villa is very close to the lake and the views across the water are magnificent. Located approximately five kilometres from the village of El Gastor, it is alone on 6 acres of land, in a peaceful and private position.

With all rooms on one floor, this villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms: one smaller room with a double bed and another larger room with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc. wash basin and bidet.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open plan. The kitchen, which has a bar with stools, is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 5-ring gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. A washing machine is housed outside. The lounge-diner has a large dining table and 6 chairs, and in one corner are the lounge sofas. Doors from the lounge open onto a balcony overlooking the lake.

At the entrance to the villa there is a shaded porch with a table and chairs for dining outside. To one side of the villa, a few steps lead to the private 7.5 x 3.5 m. filtered swimming pool with a small garden and a table and chairs in the shade of an olive tree. What could be more relaxing than lying on a sunlounger by the pool and hearing nothing other than the song of the cicadas!
